No, people, I'm not talking about my bowel movements! I haven't posted anything on my blog in months and I decided it's high time I get started. From now on, I'm going to try to be more regular. Do you think they have a yogurt designed to keep bloggers like me regular? Maybe one that contains 'bifidus regularis'? Come to think of it, I think I saw a coupon for buy one get one...
Anyway, I've been reading a lot of blogs lately and to be honest, most are about the mundane happenings of people's lives...yet they're strangly fascinating. Got me thinking...people just might be interested in hearing how I saw a lady wearing a 'swine flu' mask while driving her car or how I read the entire Twilight series in a matter of days and I'm now secretly in-love with a 17 year old vampire. So, stay tuned.
Kyle and I are heading to the Oklahoma Panhandle this weekend...I'm sure I'll have interesting stories to post after driving through Slapout and beyond. Inevitable fun awaits.

K-9 Companions...
Cooper Albert
Jersey Brigitta
Although having children is something Kyle and I both desperately want, we aren't in that stage of our lives...yet. BUT, we do have two very cute, lovable dogs that are our constant companions... Cooper is 5 and is just very sweet but not very snuggly. Jersey is almost 7 months old and is my girl! She's HUGE and a MESS but we love her dearly! Coop & JB are very best friends...

First post of many
So, I'm new to the blogging world. Honestly, I didn't think I had anything exciting to blog about! But, here I go - my first attempt at blogging. How am I doing thus far?!
Kyle and I are in a very exciting, transitional stage in our lives...we are buying our first home! We made an offer last Thursday and accepted the counter offer last Friday. With our home inspection behind us, we're now waiting on the appraisal.
It's exciting but scary and intimidating at the same time. I'm having trouble sleeping because my mind is consumed with thoughts of paint colors and decor and furniture, oh my! We're scheduled to close on December 3rd - just in time to put up a Christmas tree.
Our life is good. Our love is strong.
